克瑞斯·阿吉里斯（Chris Argyris）【1923年7月16日-2013年11月16】克里斯·阿吉里斯是当代管理理论大师，组织行为学创始人，他从事“心智模式”与“组织学习”的研究30多年，是研究管理团体及相应障碍的世界权威。
